Ice Make reported consolidated revenue of ₹111.50 crore, up 30.9% YoY (vs ₹85.23 crore in Q1 FY25), reflecting sustained demand across cold rooms, industrial and transport refrigeration segments.

2. Profitability Impacted Temporarily:
The company recorded a net loss of ₹1.47 crore, compared to a profit of ₹3.64 crore in Q1 FY25, due to:

Seasonal input cost fluctuations

Higher finance costs

Inventory adjustments

3. EBITDA and Margins:

EBITDA: ₹4.53 crore

EBITDA Margin: 4.06% (vs ~10.5% YoY drop)

PAT Margin: -1.31%

4. Management Commentary:
Leadership reaffirmed strong business fundamentals and expects profitability to recover in coming quarters, supported by operational efficiencies and expansion strategy.

5. Dividend & Growth Initiatives:

Final Dividend of ₹2.25/share for FY25 approved.

The Board of the Company has fixed Saturday, 20th September, 2025 as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of Members/Shareholders for the payment of Final Dividend of ₹2.25 per equity share (i.e., 22.5%) on equity shares having a face value of ₹10 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

9. The 16th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 27th September, 2025 at Ahmedabad.
