RITES
Secured a $18 million Letter of Award from Talis Logistics, South Africa, for supplying and commissioning overhauled Cape gauge ALCO diesel-electric locomotives.

Ceigall India (CIL–JSPPPL JV)
Awarded Rs 509.2 crore project by GMADA for constructing internal roads in Aerotropolis, SAS Nagar. Ceigall holds 80% and JSP Projects 20% in the JV.

Exide Industries
Invested Rs 80 crore in wholly-owned subsidiary Exide Energy Solutions to set up a greenfield Bengaluru plant for lithium-ion battery cells, modules, and packs. Total investment now stands at Rs 3,882.23 crore; no change in shareholding.

Tata Motors (Jaguar Land Rover)
JLR has restored sections of its digital systems post-cyberattack. Recovery programme underway; Global Parts Logistics Centre fully operational.

Nuvoco Vistas Corporation
Received a CGST show-cause notice alleging invoicing without cement supply during FY2019-20 to Sept 2024-25, demanding Rs 112.48 crore in tax and penalty.

DIPAM rejected proposal for a joint venture with REC Power Development and Consultancy.

Supreme Petrochem
Commissioned first ABS line at Amdoshi Plant, Maharashtra, with 70,000 TPA capacity; plant started production on 25 September 2025 with technical support from Versalis, Italy.

Amber Enterprises India
Raised Rs 550 crore in subsidiary IL JIN Electronics from investors including Singularity AMC, Axis New Opportunities AIF, Motilal Oswal, and others via 8,45,092 compulsorily convertible preference shares. IL JIN manufactures PCBs and PCBAs for multiple industries.

Ventive Hospitality
Proposed acquisition of 76% stake in Soham Leisure Ventures, marking entry into Goa hospitality market. Soham owns Hilton Goa Resort (104 operational keys) and a land parcel.
