1. RBL Bank
Middle East banking major Emirates NBD is in advanced discussions to acquire over 51% stake in RBL Bank, as per multiple industry sources. The proposed $3 billion deal, if finalized, will mark one of the largest cross-border investments in India’s private banking sector and could significantly re-rate RBL’s valuation.

2. KEC International
KEC International has secured new transmission and distribution (T&D) orders worth ₹1,174 crore in India and the Middle East. The company’s year-to-date order intake now stands at ₹14,000 crore, underscoring its strong execution pipeline.

3. Lodha Developers (Macrotech Developers)
